I know I’ve posted many times about the overcrowding at the Ashtabula County APL in NE Ohio. But the situation has reached a breaking point and the Humane Society is about to come in and shut the place down. They need to get numbers down *drastically*….like to about 1/3 of what they are now. This may mean killing more than 100 animals. Euthanasia of adoptable dogs begins Friday.
All animals come fully vetted and can go to approved rescues for free. Transport help is available.
